We are one of the leading providers of affordable and supported housing for people in the UK.

We work to deliver improvements to communities and provide homes for those who may struggle to get them.

We also offer services, through Stonham, to help adults take control of their lives. Our homes are in places where people want to live and where there is a strong and thriving community.

By making a difference locally, providing excellent customer service and being flexible and adaptable, we will meet the needs and demands of the people who live in the neighbourhoods we serve.

Home has a turnover in excess of £310m, manages 51,000 homes and provides care and support services to more than 20,000 people across the UK each year.

Providing relevant and expert support for local communities
Home Group provides two main services – Housing and Care and Support.
Housing provides affordable homes and support for communities. The services provided by this part of the organisation include: developing homes for rent and sale, housing management and maintenance, regeneration of urban areas, community development and neighbourhood management.

“Last year we successfully housed over 22,000 people and with our help 5,000 more people were able start buying their own home last year.”

Care and Support, delivered through Stonham, is England’s largest provider of housing and support for vulnerable and socially excluded people.

We provide a diverse range of services to a large number of client groups, including young people leaving care or who are homeless, older people, vulnerable women and their children – many of them fleeing domestic violence, people with mental health problems, learning difficulties or physical difficulties, men and women who have been in the criminal justice system, refugees and asylum seekers.

Sometimes the support we give to these clients involves us providing housing as part of an overall solution, sometimes the support is provided within the clients’ own home. Every case is evaluated and managed on a case by case basis.

We work in partnership with local authorities, health care providers, probation services and other agencies, to deliver a range of support services to over 20,000 clients each year.
